We mentor men in custody and after release — from the inside out: spiritual growth, accountability, and real support for the journey home.

How the mentoring works
In custody
A PRO mentor meets a man while he is still inside — building trust, studying Scripture, and preparing a real plan for release.
After release
The relationship continues through the first year home — accountability, encouragement, and a bridge to a local church.
